As High Five Health Promotion we are a strategic partner of Nike as their corporate health & wellbeing provider for the EHQ in Hilversum and all sport facilities at Nike London. Across EMEA we are also responsible for the management and delivery of the Nike Sports App. The app that connects all Nike employees and their corporate sport facilities.

Our gym at NIKE Hilversum is looking for a Content Manager for 20 hours per week.

As a Content Manager you will be in charge of the brands’ communication across the employee Nike Sports App EMEA. On a daily basis, you will work closely with our Nike team directly, teaming up with the Sport leads across EMEA. You live and breathe social media, and know like no one else how to engage with an online community. Strong communication skills as well as project management skills are essential for this role. It is your role not only to actively participate in conversations with the brand’s community, but also take the lead in developing content calendars and social content for the relevant channel. Connect Nike sport EMEA wide, whilst preparing / incorporating innovations. In this position you report to Manager Health & Fitness Nike.

Your key responsibilities includes:

  • Build and maintain a content calendar
  • Define and produce engaging content (text, image and video)
  • Plan and publish content on social media platforms
  • Respond and moderate comments received from followers and fans
  • Monitor and report on social media metrics & performance
  • Engage on conversations with communities and stakeholders
  • All according brand identity and tone of voice
  • Implement innovations

Desired essential experience:

  • Bachelor degree / degree level educated, preferable in communications
  • Extensive experience and proven background in sports, fitness, health and wellbeing
  • Proven work experience as a content manager for Sport brands
  • Excellent writing skills for social media
  • Knowledge of social media good practices in terms of formats and tone of voice
  • Ability to analyse social media metrics
  • Fluent in  Dutch & English, Other EMEA language is a bonus

Essential skills:

  • Self-motivated with the ability to think creatively whilst also having a commercial focus
  • Attention to detail and resilience - you’ll need to be able to juggle multiple projects at any one time, (re) prioritise effectively and regularly but also maintain the highest attention to detail and accuracy
  • You’ll work well with diverse teams, partnering across the organisation to navigate sometimes ambiguous business context
  • A strong desire to be accountable and to exceed expectations
  • Personal growth and learning mindset
  • Articulate with strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Desire to seek out and test new ways of working and the courage to challenge the norm

  • Some analytical and data driven skills, with the ability to analyse, evaluate and present information and data clearly
