This session will mostly focus on tips for eating healthy during stressful periods.

The following subjects will be covered:

  1. Health-promoting foods
  2. Nutrition which stimulates the immune system
  3. Saving time by cooking in bulk
  4. Healthy snacks that keep you energized

There is a handout available for all participants after the session.


1 session of 60 minutes or 4 sessions of 15 minutes in 4 weeks (online)
