Flexitarian: how to?
We are starting to eat less meat or stopped with eating meat at all. You do not have to completely change your diet if you choose to eat plant-based food more often.
We have the option to be a flexitarian instead: start eating less meat or fish on some days. We can still eat eggs, dairy or other products of animal origin as a flexitarian.
The reason for eating plant-based is very personal. This can differ from a sustainable point of view, to animal warefare or a boost for your health.
This workshop will share tools to eat vegetarian or vegan more often without completely having to change our diet.
There is a handout available for all participants after the session.
