Managing negative moods

In this challenging and uncertain time, a gloomy mood is something that many people have to deal with. Negative moods are sometimes part of our life. Everyone feels angry, sad or discouraged from time to time.

In this workshop, more awareness is created for changing moods and feelings. Participants learn strategies to break the cycle of bad moods.

A handout is available for the participants after the session.
