Mindful working (from home)
This workshop serie focuses on the challenges which come with working from home. You can also easily apply these when working in the office. You will do short, physical exercises to wake up, feel the body and ground it through meditation, attention - and physical exercises. As an example, the following topics will be covered: a tensed situation at home, the seperation of work and private life, energy loss due to a different rhytm and difficulty with focus and concentration. There is also room to bring up own topics.
There is a handout available for all participants after the session.
