Proactively managing your vitality

Sometimes our energy threatens to run out. This workshop is all about one simple principle: how do we make sure that we have enough energy to achieve our work-goals effectively. Everyone of us comes home tired sometimes, wanting to lay down on the couch while binging a series. But, how does it feel to come home ‘’fresh’’ from work, with enough energy left?

This workshop is energetic and interactive, based on the scientific knowledge of proactive vitality management. We will learn how to proactively manage our vitality and what the effects of this will be.

There is a handout available for all participants after the session.
