It’s also very important to keep an eye one having a good night sleep, how much exercise is  done and if you experience a lot of stress. We can only make changes through insights and awareness. Long-term success starts with small steps. This is accessible for everyone by making small changes to the daily routine. 

This workshop provides insight on how to start a healthy lifestyle with a focus on everything that is allowed. 

There is a handout available for all participants after the session.
