Understanding and preventing a burn-out
16 to 18 percent of the working population in the Netherlands experience burn-out related symptoms several times a month. The cases of a ‘’pandemic burn-out’’ are increasing, since the new working conditions and more people are feeling exhausted. The key to preventing a burn-out is to understand what is going on in our bodies and minds, recognizing the signs and learn how to restore our balance. We will learn about the causes, symptoms and consequences of a burn-out in this workshop. Practical tools will be given to prevent a burn-out.
