Today we had our second fitness lesson at the headquarters of High Five Health Promotion.
Besides the fact that we have standing desks and desk bicycles, yoga mats and jumping ropes hanging on the walls and wobbly chairs to keep your core engaged, we decided it was time for some extra 'practice what you preach'. Last time, it was a bootcamp in the forest near our HQ, today, yoga was on the menu. Yoga is an excellent way to reduce stress and tension in the body, for example from sitting too long in your desk chair!
Thanks to our Human Resources department we have started off our series with lessons like these to keep the good work going!
